In this video, I'm exploring a particular pickup configuration for my DIY Leo Jaymz Explorer-style guitar project, featuring an iconic Quebec design. Let's call it the "QuébExplorer." lol

I had already done the corrections to the kit, there grunge-style finish as well as the polished surface obtained. Now, with a set of Guss Pickups microphones at hand that allow independent wiring of the humbucker coils (4 conductors), I am tempted to explore parallel wiring of the pickup coils, instead of the traditional coil-split.

The desired result: a clearer, more crystalline sound, with less output level than what the Guss Pickups DeathGuard puts out at the bridge of this guitar!
